Our response

We review complete notices promptly — normally within two business days — and will remove or disable access to infringing material. Publishers who prefer that we not excerpt or link to their content at all may contact the same address and we will remove their outlet from our source list.

Counter-notification

If your material was removed and you believe this was a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification containing the elements described in 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(3) to the same designated agent.
